Melinda Wachter
Melinda has been a Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist since 1995. She is trained in a variety
of massage therapies including; Swedish, Sports, Medical, Russian Rehabilitative, Thai, Shiatsu
and Trigger Point Therapy. Melinda incorporates these techniques into her massage according to
each client’s specific needs to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Utilizing
her extensive background in Aromatherapy, Melinda is available for consultation as well as personal
blending and uses essential oils to enhance each massage.

Donna Lemley
Donna has been practicing massage since 1994 and is a Nationally Certified massage therapist.
Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stones, Pregnancy and the Raindrop Technique are the modalities she offers.
She loves that Wellsprings is family orientated and feels it’s a wonderful place to work.
Donna has enjoyed sharing this space since 2002.

Sheila Laughlin
Sheila has been a full time massage therapist since 1996. She enjoys giving a relaxing Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage that has an Esalen and Hawaiian Lomilomi influence. She also adds touches of Shiatsu, Acupressure, Zero Balancing and various deep tissue techniques to suit individual needs. She is on a constant quest for knowledge, always taking continuing education courses to add new techniques to her massage repertoire. Sheila loves bringing relaxation and relief to the clients she touches.

Maya Apsaras
Maya was born in Malaysia and was tutored since childhood in the art of diverse Asian modalities of Bodywork and Herbology in South East Asia. She has knowledge of countless medicine texts spanning from ancient practices of indigenous and tribal medicine, Eastern and Western modalities. Maya has been doing bodywork in California since 1989 and also teaches at a local college of alternative medicine. Her repertoire of therapeutic bodywork consists of Nuad Phaen Boran (Thai Bodywork), Shiatsu, Urut (Malay-Indonesian Bodywork), hot compress herbal massage, Gua Sha, Cupping, Ayurvedic body treatments, Lymphatic Drainage and Swedish massage.

Audra Mott
Audra Mott has been a massage therapist since 1995. She is trained in both Eastern and Western modalities of bodywork and massage. They include Thai Massage “Nuad Bo-Rarn” (Northern style), Shiatsu-Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, and Sports Massage. Audra has also taught as a massage instructor. She has had advanced training in Thai massage and teacher training in Thailand. Audra continues to grow and learn the gift of intuitive massage and bodywork.

Mary Lou Heimann is a holistic health practitioner who has mastered various types of massage such as aromatherapy, deep tissue with gua sha and cupping, medical massage, gem stone therapy and myo therapy . She is a third level master reiki healer and trained in hands on healing through various types of energy healing techniques and modalities. Her reiki training involves Shamanism journeying with drumming. Mary Lou is also trained in hypnotherapy, meditation and sound vibration for emotional release regarding pain and toxic emotions. Her nutritional qualifications include complete body cleanses, nutritional kinesiology and enzyme therapy. She has a psychology and teaching background and is a spiritual minister who specializes in helping people develop healthy inter personal skills and self- esteem through bodywork and energy healing.

Sherrel, also known as Sage, is the owner of Wellsprings. She is a therapeutic bodyworker, certified and licensed as a massage therapist, Reflexologist, and Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Karuna Reiki® systems of healing. A second generation intuitive and ordained minister, Sherrel is trained in a variety of modalities including, but not limited to, John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Warm Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Pregnancy massage. She enjoys incorporating a variety of techniques within each session to best suit her client’s needs. Sherrel enjoys running, traveling, and is a student of life. In addition to earning two Bachelor of Arts degrees in the fields of Art and German, Sherrel continues her educational pursuits by enrolling in a variety of continuing education courses.

Alice Billman - Ali B. (Alice's website)
Alice is a certified Hellerwork practitioner, personally trained by Joseph Heller. Her love of massage and bodywork has led her to specialize in this stress reducing, balancing form of Structural Integration. Although schooled in massage at an early age, Alice's first formal massage training was in Bali in 1975. In addition, she has trained in Esalen massage, aromatherapy and homeopathy. Alice is currently a member of the American Hellerwork Association, Hellerwork International, and The International Association of Structural Integrators (IASI). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from UCSD, is a second degree Reiki practitioner, a California Real Estate Broker, and is a graduate of the Curriculum for Living at Landmark Education. Alice lives here in Old Town Seal Beach, and can be seen cycling on Pacific Coast Highway most mornings.

Gretchen Reed
As a practitioner in the Healing Arts, intention for the highest good, for self and others, is the basis and foundation of Gretchen’s practice. Her education and training at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, in addition to subsequent career experiences and continuing education opportunities, has afforded her the comprehensive knowledge and a high level of skill in various and multiple modalities and techniques in order to provide the best of care. She follows the path of listening with the heart, offering comfort and living in gratitude and compassion - this is the ultimate task and the purest form of expression in the human experience.

Connie Buford
Connie has been a massage therapist and facialist since 1992. She is trained in integrated Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Pregnancy massage, LaStone® Hot Stone Therapy, Polarity, Table Thai, Deep Massage: the Lauterstein Method, Lomilomi, Cranial Sacral Therapy, seaweed wraps and body scrubs. Connie incorporates different modalities into each massage to suit the client’s needs. She continues with ongoing education, seeking new knowledge to utilize in her practice. Massage is her passion.

Sherrel "Sage" Grabler
Sherrel was first introduced to Reflexology in 2002. Fascinated with the modality, she took her first course in Reflexology in 2005 and proceeded to become a certified Reflexologist in 2007, specializing in The Flocco Method – Integrating Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology.
She has trained with nationally and internationally recognized Reflexologists. Additionally, Sherrel has facilitated and co-facilitated Self-Help Reflexology Workshops in the Counties of Los Angeles and Ventura top 
Acupuncture
Maren Cobabe, L.Ac.
Maren is a state and nationally licensed Acupuncturist / Herbologist and a Certified
Massage Therapist with an extensive background in sports medicine. She received her
Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from UCLA in 1991 and a Master of Science
degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University in 1997. In
1998 she began working as the Acupuncturist / Sports Medicine Specialist at the Los
Angeles Center for Healing in Beverly Hills. In 1999 she expanded her practice to join
Wellsprings in Seal Beach where she now works exclusively. Maren has completed numerous
post-graduate courses in sports medicine acupuncture. She utilizes Contact Reflex
Analysis (CRA), a method of analyzing the individual’s current health status,
to determine underlying imbalances in the body. A sports and yoga enthusiast, former
aerobics instructor and avid traveler, Maren brings her love of athletics and outdoor
adventure to everybody she meets. She strives to provide everyone with the perfect balance
structure, nutrition and emotions for optimum health.
