Lindsay Adensam
Lindsay is a state certified massage therapist who has been a massage practitioner since 2003. With her therapeutic touch and goal of meeting each client’s individual needs whether it be to target specific conditions, areas or provide a Swedish/Relaxation massage, Lindsay focuses on creating customized, integrated sessions. She has worked closely with multiple chiropractors and with clients that are afflicted with chronic conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, TMJ, disk problems, limited ROM, sciatic pain, neck and upper back problems. Lindsay is not only a skilled therapist in these specific conditions, but is also a warm, passionate, and personable therapist who enjoys working very closely with each of her clients to achieve overall wellness.
Alice Billman - Ali B. (Alice's website)
Alice is a certified Hellerwork practitioner, personally trained by Joseph Heller. Her love of massage and bodywork has led her to specialize in this stress reducing, balancing form of Structural Integration. Although schooled in massage at an early age, Alice's first formal massage training was in Bali in 1975. In addition, she has trained in Esalen massage, aromatherapy and homeopathy. Alice is currently a member of the American Hellerwork Association, Hellerwork International, and The International Association of Structural Integrators (IASI). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from UCSD, is a second degree Reiki practitioner, a California Real Estate Broker, and is a graduate of the Curriculum for Living at Landmark Education. Alice lives here in Old Town Seal Beach, and can be seen cycling on Pacific Coast Highway most mornings.

Simonetta Brocca, CAMTC
Simonetta is a State Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 1988. She is trained in multiple techniques that include Swedish, Pregnancy, Reflexology and Sports massage. She specializes in therapeutic deep tissue and Shiatsu-Anma which are combined in her sessions. Her extensive work in rehabilitation therapy has given her the experience to help with specific conditions and heal chronic pain such as sciatica, tennis elbow and tendonitis. Simonetta has been on staff at the Sports Club /La in West Los Angeles for 19 years and has extensive experience with many doctors and chiropractors. In addition to her passion for health and fitness, her interests include performing arts and dance. She has danced her entire life and is an active ballet and dance student at the Southern California Dance Academy where she frequently performs live and mentors young students. She is a graduate of multiple massage schools that include Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB), Shiatsu Massage School of California and California Massage of Physical Arts (CALCOPA) and holds a degree in language from the Istituto Linguistico Internazionale in Milano,Italy. Crystal Crosby CMT, B.S., A.S.
Crystal Crosby is a State Certified and Licensed Massage therapist with a background in Kinesiology and Sports Rehabilitation Therapy. Crystal was certified as a massage therapist in the city of San Francisco in 2005. Crystal has always held an interest in sports and rehab therapy. She is committed to promoting the importance of all-around health and wellness. She believes there is longevity in manual therapy and the body’s natural way of healing itself. Her treatments are designed to provide optimal care to all in need on a per-client basis, whether it be recovering from an injury, improving and maintaining functional capacity, injury prevention, the feeling of well-being or mental relaxation. Although Crystal specializes in Sports and Exercise Rehab Massage Therapy, she also offers Swedish Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Heated Stone Massage and Pregnancy Massage. Sherrel, also known as Sage, is the owner of Wellsprings Wellness Center. She is a therapeutic bodyworker, certified and licensed as a massage therapist, Reflexologist, and Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Karuna Reiki® systems of healing. A second generation intuitive and ordained minister, Sherrel is trained in a variety of modalities including, but not limited to, John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, The Flocco Method – Integrating Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity, Warm Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Pregnancy massage. Sheila Laughlin
Sheila has been a full time massage therapist since 1996. She enjoys giving a relaxing Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage that has an Esalen and Hawaiian Lomilomi influence. She also adds touches of Shiatsu, Acupressure, Zero Balancing and various deep tissue techniques to suit individual needs. She is on a constant quest for knowledge, always taking continuing education courses to add new techniques to her massage repertoire. Sheila loves bringing relaxation and relief to the clients she touches.

Melinda Wachter
Melinda has been a Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist since 1995. She was also a member of the Winter Sports Massage Team at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, UT. She is trained in a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, Sports, Medical, Pregnancy, Russian Rehabilitative, Reiki, Thai, Shiatsu and Trigger Point Therapy. Melinda incorporates these techniques into her massage according to each client’s specific needs to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Utilizing her extensive background in Aromatherapy, Melinda is available for consultation as well as personal blending and uses essential oils to enhance each massage. top

Yaseng, a Cantonese name meaning “also compassionate”, has been involved in the health and wellness field since returning from a long sojourn around the world in 1999. After completing 3,200 hours in the Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program (including 600 clinic hours) and getting licensed in 2005, she practiced in Buena Park, CA treating many pain and internal medicine issues with Chinese medicine. Yaseng is licensed by the California Acupuncture Board; board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture (NCCAOM); and certified by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. Additionally, she is a certified Supreme Science Qigong instructor, a Reiki practitioner, a Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce Board member and a 1993 UCI graduate. Ruth Frazen
Ruth is originally from Illinois and moved to California when she was 18. For many years, she worked in the printing industry as a typesetter and graphic artist. Recently, Ruth retired from her full-time work as a Customer Service Specialist with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts in Whittier. She has been a resident of Seal Beach since 1995 and a client of Wellsprings since 2002. Ruth brings to the front desk her many years of experience in customer service and her strong belief in the physical and emotional healing benefits of massage therapy. She is available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. top
