Swedish/Relaxation Massage
Swedish Massage uses long gliding strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial
layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. Perhaps the
greatest benefit of this massage is total relaxation.

Swedish/Deep Tissue Combination Massage
A Combination massage combines the relaxing qualities of Swedish with the therapeutic benefits of Deep Tissue Massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage uses slow strokes and deep pressure on contracted muscles to release chronic
patterns of tension in the body. Concentrated pressure is applied to painful, irritated
areas in the muscles, in order to break the cycle of spasm and pain. Although more intense
than a Swedish massage, you will be equally relaxed.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage will help with many of the aches and pains you experience as your body
changes during pregnancy. It diminishes back and hip aches, reduces fluid retention,
increases flexibility and helps to relieve headaches. Receiving massage during your pregnancy
can help you connect with your unborn baby and prepare you for labor and birth.
Using pillows and special side-lying positions you are able to experience a full body
massage throughout your entire pregnancy.

Thai Massage
Thai Massage, performed on a comfortable floor mat, is a treatment in which
the body’s energy lines are worked using palm presses, thumb presses and
stretching poses to help energy flow more freely through the body. This traditional
massage of Thailand feels like a combination of Yoga and Shiatsu. You will feel
relaxed and rejuvenated after this full-body treatment. Please wear loose clothing
that you will feel comfortable in for the duration of the massage.

Urut Massage
Urut is the Javanese word for massage. Widely practiced in the Malay-Indonesian Archipelago Islands of South-East Asia, as a more specialized treatment for fractures, sprains, strains and other physical as well as psychological ailments. It is a precise and technical method that uses the energetic body to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation. It has been used to encourage new cell growth, improve sexual vitality, treat impotence, reduce back pain and to reduce the appearance of cellulite. It uses techniques of pressing or pulling and herbal compresses on the body's meridian system, acupoints and nerve pathways.

Shirodhara
An ancient ayurvedic oil or herbal treatment is rhythmically dripped from a copper vessel on the center of the forehead. It is generally used to soothe and invigorate the senses and the mind and to induce a total state of wellness. This method has been known to treat insomnia, headaches, migraines, fatigue, mental exhaustion, hair loss, hearing loss, constipation, dryness of hair and scalp, blood disorders, digestive problems, anorexia, appetite loss, excessive sweating and conjunctivitis, to name a few. Each treatment includes a lymphatic drainage of the head, face and neck.

Abhyanga
An Ayurvedic massage based on the vital energy points of the body where structures pulsate and pain and inflammation exist. It is used to revitalize, to strengthen, to stimulate, repair and heal the body. The massages uses formulated herbal medicated oils for the constitution of the individual and the disease, to act directly on the blood-lymphatic and nervous systems. The warmed oil serves to cleanse and revitalize the body. Traditionally used on orthopedic injuries, fibromyalgia, inflammation of tissues and for martial artists. The massage promotes regeneration of tissues, organs and the internal systemic functions of the body. It also stimulates and improves skin, muscles, veins, arteries, circulation and nerves, strengthens lungs, intestines, bones and the digestive system. The added benefits include increasing bodily heat, oxygen flow, promotes vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration, intelligence, confidence, esteem and youthfulness.

Pinda Sveda - Herbal Poultice Massage
A fomentation therapy that uses a poultice of herbs, grains or milk in a warmed medicated oil to thoroughly massage the body for relief of many illnesses. It is traditionally used for diseases that deal with the wasting away of muscular tissues, paraplegia, fibromyalgia, inflammation, and paralysis. This therapy helps to awaken cellular memory through intense stimulation caused by sweating. It stimulates fat tissues and releases sweat through the skin generating an overall warmth throughout the body. It is excellent also for slow digestion, arthritis, removal of body toxins, overall feeling of heaviness, cellulite problems and to fortify the body prior to or after a cold or upper respiratory disorders.

Heated Stone Massage
This massage goes beyond the experience of a typical massage, entering deeper dimensions of relaxation and
well being. Warm, smooth stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands sending traces of heat
throughout the muscles in conjunction with Swedish massage techniques.

Hellerwork
Hellerwork is a powerful system of somatic education and structural bodywork which is based on the inseparability of body, mind, and spirit. Hellerwork makes the connection between movement and body alignment, and restores the body's natural balance from the inside out.
During the 11 session series, the structural balance of the body is realized through the systematic release of muscle and connective tissue using a variety of gentle deep-tissue bodywork techniques. This restores the body's optimal natural balance and posture. Movement education is incorporated to enhance fluidity and ease of motion which helps the client develop a deeper awareness of their body and its expression in the world. Self-awareness facilitated through dialogue is also an important component of the Hellerwork series.

Myofascial Release
John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach is a highly effective bodywork technique designed to relieve tension and pain through the gentle application of sustained pressure and movement into the fascial system, allowing for the release of fascial restrictions. Fascia is a tough connective tissue resembling a three dimensional web that spreads throughout the body. It supports and covers all muscles, bones, organs, nerves and vessels to a cellular level. When the fascial system becomes restricted, oftentimes due to stress, trauma, overuse, chronic inflammation or poor posture, it can cause pain and limited mobility. By releasing tightened fascia, flexibility, balance, and relaxation can occur. Clients often report experiencing a feeling of lightness and increased range of motion after a session.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive, gentle form of bodywork with the purpose of bringing the central nervous system (CNS) into harmony. This is accomplished through a specific protocol of specialized techniques to aid and assist the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) throughout the CNS. The integrity of the CSF has a significant impact on our health and wellbeing. Its primary objective is to deliver nutrients to and remove wastes from the structure of the nervous system in addition to acting as a shock absorber to the brain and spinal cord. Indications are for any type of trauma or injury to the body or head or moderate to severe nervous stress. The client remains fully clothed for this therapy.

Body Scrub Treatment
An enticing blend of natural exfoliating ingredients and nourishing oils scrubbed onto the body to soften the skin.
A soothing moisturizer is then massaged in to relax and refresh.
